[Closed] windows explorer will not run- desktop blank no start bu

tried scannow - executed but did not help
tried restore but not working for any dates - i tried 8 dates and none would confirm restore successfully
problem started after removing biforce trojan - i believe a registry entry is missing when spysweeper removed the trojan - also cannot run control panel
but task manager works fine and almost all other programs work perfectly - just wallpaper on desktop - no icons - no start button

If you still need help, Scan again with HijackThis, and "copy/paste" a new log file into this thread.
