[Closed] Wallpaper - No Icons - Hijackthis Log

Please help! There are no icons or start bar on my screen… only wallpaper. I have read post after post and have done everything that has been suggested, but nothing is helping. I have run McAfee, AntiVir, SpyCatcher, Spybot, CClean, PCBug Doctor, Ad Aware, Registry Fix and Hijackthis (posted below). I even ran sfc /scannow and I went into REGEDIT and the shell=explorer.exe is intact. No viruses can be found with all of the programs I have used. Does anybody have any ideas?
