all .exe open with WMP

Hi all!


In my sony vaio laptop OS:Windows Vista, almost every application having .exe extension open with WMP & that to in turn shows an error message saying sthing like that…. .exe is not a valid file to open with WMP. I know that must be a virus….how do I get rid of it?
