Hello, I wanted to say Thank you for this site. I have used it before and it helped me so much. Now today my daughter got on and opened an email and all of a sudden I had a icon on my desk top and task bar. It told me I had 38 trojans. It asked me for credit card information and I really thought it was windows. NOPE! It's a virus. I called Staples freaking and he said if I can't find it anywhere and I can't uninstall it is a virus. Well it's just sitting there. I have run your Malware and I got 5 off my pc. It is running good now but the darn icon and page is still there but yet I can't find it. This thing is tells me I am being spyed on and all kinds of trojans. It looks like a windows shield but gold and black stripe. Can you help me please? Thank you so very much.

Glad you've not touched anything until you get help. I'm sure one of the Malware experts will help once you've followed Tallin's instructions.
Please be patient and not tempted to do anything else until you receive their help.
