[Resolved] I think I've got another bug!

I am on my admin account, but when I click "ok", it goes into a function where it is calculating how much space will be left on [C:] after cleanup. I would gather this is normal before I can get to the tab section? Or is my computer as screwy as I am?

Yeah that sounds right. Let it do the calculations and then you should get to the tabbed area.

Ok, did the cleanup of system restore, downloaded(and am using) Mozilla Firefox. The last time I tried a firewall, it slowed everything down so much, I wound up uninstalling it. I don't have highspeed, so what would you suggest for that? Can I use an active spybot and/or spywareblaster with avg free? I've also downloaded winpatrol, and have bookmarked the tutorial to read later.

I personally use Comodo, which doesn't seem to consume much resources on my machine. Are you behind a Router? If so, you can get away with just running the Windows Firewall as the Router has a hardware Firewall built in. Yes, you can use the AntiSpyware program with AVG without a problem. However, if you mentioned your machine isn't that speedy, then I wouldn't go with all three to start with. Just install one, like WinPatrol, and see how that goes. If you want more protection you can always add it later if your computer is running ok Any more questions?
