Hello Everyone,
Could you please have a look on the problem below and advise if possible?
Always after entering C:\Documents and Settings\Smash\My Documents\Downloads, a message - Windows has encountered a problem - pops up. This blocks all the windows opened and doesn`t allow to switch between them. The only movement, action, allowed is in the Internet Explorer window which i`m in right now. Here all the functions are active.
To enable switching between the windows, i need to go in to Task Manager and end the task on Downloads. This unlocks, and brings back full control. However after 2 or 3 such operations, DrWatson Postmortem debugger pops up and blocks everything totally, that i need to reboot the computer.
I`m guessing that one of the files i downloaded is causing this. As I download stuff occasionally and i know which file can that be.
Is it possible to access the Downloads file and delete the one which is causing it, without deleting the whole content? Will that solve the prob? And how to do it?
