Rich

I have been away and just returned to see your message.

I did post it in the Office forum with the link and checked to see that it was there correctly with the link. I was wondering why I had no replies yet but did not think to look if it was still there (why would I think it might be missing?)

So I have no idea where it went, but here is the link to it in the Office forum following my re-posting:-

https://forums.whatt...169#entry890281

You will see that I have since tried two other things to resolve the problem:- deleting my .srs file and flushing my DNS cache, neither of which worked.

Thank you for keeping a watchful eye on this, Xmas 2001 would have arrived before any replies!!

regards.......Barry

I see you are getting help from some good people. Latest post from TomK may be on the right track.

May I ask if you are using Outlook or Outlook.com? I have the latter on my desktop running Win 21H1 19043.1055.

I have had similar issues and deleted the account then added each of the 4 accounts automatically. Outlook.com does a good job of automatically adding deleted accounts and retrieving the emails. Although it lacks bells and whistles it is reliable and juggles my 4aaccounts with no problem. It is a very hand editor.

So try deleting the account giving you trouble and adding it automatically. If you must add manually Google the outgoing and incoming.

If I am late as I see the date Feb 2020 I hope you are ok.
