just browsed the topic and not read it in detail but what jumps out at me is the fact you can connect when no wifi security is used (guest account) but can't when it is enabled so maybe the wifi driver is corrupt, think i'd go into device manager and remove all networking devices and then do a reboot and let the os find and install things again with luck a driver re-install will fix the wifi problem when connecting to secure wifi access points.

 

or maybe even going to the wifi makers site and downloading a new driver just in case the one on the pc is corrupted by the previous malware.
