Frustrated by the lack of info on the manuf. site, I googled and found this thread. Not necessarily known for my technical skills, I read through and was surprised to see some 'funky' solutions. After 2 days of figuring this out, I was about done with it......until I tried the 'drop it on a carpeted floor repair method. I'm typing this from that keyboard now. Hmmm - - the more you know?! Thanks all previous posters. This was a solution I could actually perform! And it worked!

Well I just fixed mine or saw my error anyways, I hope it isn't yours as well. Perhaps you didn't place the batteries in correct position when you installed them on the keyboard.

Ok. So I was having a similar problem with my wireless USB keyboard. I searched all the message boards and none of the solutions seemed to work. My problem: I could login to the computer fine, but after that, the keyboard didnt seem to work. I ran the troubleshooter and everything seemed to work fine. I even switched keyboards and nothing made a difference. Thats when I realized that it had to be something specific to my computer. I finally discovered it!! My problem was related to Ease of Access and the keyboard settings. Under Control Panel, Select Ease of Access. Scroll down to EXPLORE ALL SETTINGS and select MAKE THE KEYBOARD EASIER TO USE. Under TURN ON FILTER Keys, Remove the check. Voila
This was the fix that did it for my keyboard. Much thanks!
