GPU and hard drive temps look ok but we are unable to see the top of the HWMonitor screenshot, please provide another screenshot but this time with the scroll bar at the top so that the CPU etc information is visible.

I have a major suspicion now. The bulk of the times this has happened, my PC has been hot due to gaming, and is then set on a cool surface. My theory is that it cools exceedingly fast and crashes. Probably more holes in this theory than Swiss Cheese, but might as well say it.

You could look into getting a laptop cooling pad. They are pretty cheap and do work to keep laptops cooler.
Also good to clean the laptop. PhilPower2 gave you a link to cleaning tips in post #11.
