Hi and welcome to What The Tech!

I have problem with kaspersky av because it detects all exe files in my working windows at partition d.

Really all executables? So also system executables like explorer.exe and svchost.exe? Try uploading one to VirusTotal or Jotti to check if more anti-virus programs detect it as malicious:
  • Go to VirusTotal or Jotti's
  • Close the Browse button.
  • Browse to one of the files of which Kaspersky says it is infected.
  • Click Send/Submit, and the file will upload to VirusTotal/Jotti, where it will be scanned by several anti-virus programmes.
  • After a while, a window will open, with details of what the scans found.
  • Save the complete results in a Notepad/Word document on your desktop and post it (or post immediately).
If you cannot use IE you can try another browser or copy the file to a USB-stick and upload it from the USB-stick using another computer (the latter could be dangerous and infect the computer if the file really is infected).

Also, when i connect to IE, it immediately restarted.

What immediately restarted? The computer or IE? Has this started happening after transferring your OS to partition D (how have you actually done this?)? Check Event Log Viewer for any logged events:
  • Go to Start
  • Click on Run
  • In the box, type eventvwr
  • Look at the System and Application log files and note any that are made at the time you open IE and 'it' restarts.
  • We need to know the Event ID and Source.

Please let us know.

Regards,
John.

Actually, i reformatted last night my pc (desperate mode)and reinstall the operating system at partition C again. In my opinion. i thought that was the solution to my problem. Then, i installed symanctec corporation version 9. and update. I can also browse the internet. But after updating the antivirus and scan drive C, and E, it found so many viruses like w32.virut.cf and virut!html. I wonder why these happens when i already reformatted drive C. Pls. enlighten me on this problem. Once again thanks a lot!
Hi Izemhan26

I strongly suggest you post in our malware forum. The virus Virut is
a polymorphic one, and can / will infect any executable. That the
virus returned after a re-format might indicate a persistent root-kit.

When you post your log, you can if you want, place a link to this
topic as well.
