One of the entries that your MBAM log shows has a Backdoor Capability that gives a third party the same access to your PC as if they were sat in front of it - C:\WINDOWS\system32\Service.exe (Backdoor.Bot).
If you use this PC for online banking or shopping then it advisable to contact your bank and have your accounts changed and any credit cards that you may have cancelled. At the very least monitor these accounts for suspicious transactions. You should also use another PC, not this one, and change any passwords that you have use online to access any forums, eBay etc…
You can find some more information here.

Because of the "backdoor" that has been created on your PC, it is possible that a number of malicious files may have been installed on your PC that aren't visible to HJT, and also that changes may have been made to your Operating System that may make it more likely to be infected in the future.
It is going to be difficult to ensure that the PC is clean and also that it is secure at the end of the cleaning process.
Due to this uncertainty, if this was my PC, I would back up all important data and then reformat/Factory Restore it to ensure that it was clean again. You can find some more information here.

You may however be unwilling or unable to do this, in which case you should consider the PC's security to be compromised and be careful about what you use the computer for in future - let me know what you decide to do.
hello, i think i would like to clean up pc, at this point, there is no financial information on this machine as i do not bank any way on the internet. i ran advanced spyware remover and came up with other infections. i will post log for that with a new hjt log. thanks

i ran advanced spyware remover and came up with other infections.

Infection Type Object Name Risk Entry
File Infection (Spyware/Adware) Spyware.AllInOne High c:\cyberscrub-do not delete\keychain-drive\inject.dll
File Infection (Spyware/Adware) Spyware.AllInOne High c:\program files\cyberscrub keychain\keychain\cyberscrub drive files\keychain-drive\inject.dll

If you have legitimately installed the Cyberscrub Keychain program, the scanner has given you a couple of false-positives - check out the filepaths.
Obviously, if you haven't installed it, then these folders need dealing with.

Download gmer.zip from here and save it to your Desktop.
You will need to unzip it before you run it.

To do this: Right click on the zipped folder and from the menu that appears, click on Extract All…
In the 'Extraction Wizard' window that opens, click on Next> and in the next window that appears, click on Next> again.
In the final window, click on Finish

Double click gmer.exe to begin:
  • If you get a message about "system modification", click Yes and work through the rest of the instructions.
  • Ensure that the Rootkit Tab at the top is selected.
  • Make sure all the boxes on the right of the screen are checked, EXCEPT for ‘Show All’.
  • Click the Scan button on the right.
  • When the scan has completed, (you'll have time for a snack and a cuppa!), click the Copy button underneath - this will save the report to your Clipboard.
  • Paste it into Notepad (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Notepad) and save it somewhere convenient.
  • Click the >>> Tab at the top and select the Autostart Tab.
  • Click the Scan button on the right - this one should only take seconds to complete.
  • Save the log as before.
Copy and paste both reports into your next reply - you may need to post them separately.
The Preview option may show the whole logs being posted, but they sometimes get cut down when the actual post is made, so check the post once it is completed.
hello , i did as instructed. i have noticed that kaspersky has some tools (security analyzer, browser configuration, privacy cleaner, virtual keyboard, etc.) when used removes security settings for spybot sd and advanced system care. also can not get virtual keyboard to work. how does this get past kaspersky in the first place?

Is that the contents of both logs?

i have noticed that kaspersky has some tools (security analyzer, browser configuration, privacy cleaner, virtual keyboard, etc.) when used removes security settings for spybot sd and advanced system care.

I don't have any experience of Kav, but if it has tools that do something you don't want, don't use them.

also can not get virtual keyboard to work.

You could start by looking here. The manual for Kav IS 2009 is available here.

how does this get past kaspersky in the first place?

Kav, like all scanners, doesn't protect against everything.
I see the results of the Rootkit scan, but there should also be an Autostart scan log. Did you follow all the instructions for GMER, or stop after the first part?
hello noviciate, i ran this program numerous times. it starts by itself and stops. i looked over other results and it is not like other reports you have received, i copied the results after it starts and stops on its own when first downloaded.

OK, before I get Gmer involved will you confirm for me that you have tried the following, without success:

1) Run gmer.exe
2) Click the >>> Tab at the top and select the Autostart Tab.
3) Click the Scan button on the right - this one should only take seconds to complete.
4) Click the Copy button to save the log and paste it into Notepad.
