[Closed] Hijack log - first timer - very slow browsing

Trying to win brownie points with my mother in law. Her newer Dell is so slow that it is difficult to use for browsing the internet. I have run Ad-Aware and Spybot and they seem to find and remove programs , however it has not helped.

This computer has so many icons in the lower right start up section this can't be good and my Mother in Law swares they were not always there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
