My HijackThis log is pasted below.

I am having numerous issues likely related to a virus, but I can't seem to identify or remove with the different Antivirus/Antispyware programs I've tried.

The main problems I have are:
- Missing images (happens with TurboTax, Windows Help & Support, and other applications)
- Missing icons (no "Add/Remove Programs" in Control Panel)
- Missing Vista capabilities (only "Classic View" in Control Panel, yet Aero visual capabilities working fine)
- Missing menu options ("Folder and Search Options" is grayed out…I've set "NoFolderOptions" in registry to 0 or deleted, but still a problem)
