google redirects and trojan found

I've tried posting to a few other forums and haven't received any replies yet. I'm having trouble with google getting redirected, antivirus 2010 getting installed, and dll's not loading correctly. AVG has also picked up agent_r.g trojan as well, but is unable to clean it. I've also run adaware, spybot, and spy sweeper, all of which have found problems, (including a key logger), but upon restarting the problems still remain. there's also an "svhost" runing with an ~.exe if that helps.
