I had previously posted on the forum and was running tests that jpshortstuff had asked me to do. Unfortunatly, the Kaspersky scan took over 76 hours to run so my original posting was closed due to inactivity. So I now have the scan that he asked for but no where to post it. My computer is running VERY slow and I would appreciate some help. Thanks

Did Kaspersky find anything? If so, do you happen to have a log? If you don't, don't worry - 76 hours is too long to do it again. Have you had a look at the guide I posted? I don't think Malware has got anything to do with this…
Kaspersky said 836 infected items but when i tried to save the log, my computer shut down by itself so it erased it. I did go on that site you recomended and did the things it outlined.
Ok, let's try something that we can definitely get a log from.

Please run ATF-Cleaner again and empty all.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.
  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location.
  • The log can also be found here:
    C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt
  • Or at C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt
  • Post that log back here.
Please post a new HijackThis log as well.

Thanks.
