How slow can you go...help needed

My XP computer now really start to give up on me....it can not run much slower than this, and I suspect a lot of useless stuff is running on my machine (I just want to leave what's really needed only)
Anyway, this is my first HijackThis log....and I hope one of you can help me back on track.
