That did the trick. I ran the norton scan one more time, and there are a few things that still remain.

…\temp\~DF1648.tmp <–Ignore. It won't be able to remove that one away.
…\temp\perfilb_perfdata_364.dat <–Remove
…Firefox\profiles\95x77x0f.default\cookies.txt <–Ignore
compaq_administrator@worlfofwarcraft[3].txt <–I don't know what that is.
administrator@worldofwarcraft <–Google it.

Are any of these bad/which ones should i have it ignore?
