All indications are those are false possitive warns from your McAfee anti-virus program.
that's way I suggested you contact mcafee and ask them about those files.

Rpcnetp process is associated with computrace (the program that tracks your laptop if someone steals it). So those are false positives.

If you're not worried about your laptop being stolen, then delete those 3 files.

Actually it wasnt from mcAfee it was from some Asian's antivirus system my friend downloaded for me. I dont even speak chinese or korean or whatever it is from. But it kept poppingn up those alerts so I was worried. I dont have any antivirus system downloaded on my laptop because window vista wouldnt let me download and free version thats y I asked my friend if he knows any free antivirus websites. But I think I mma take your words for it since you seem to know alot and honestly after all the stuff you showed me to do the alert stopped but when I click on it it is still there. So are you saying mcAfee is active onmy laptop? But I didnt see anyalert from them. It only came from the antivirus system my friend downloaded for me. But I am scanning my comp now with mcAfee. I hope nothing is going to be there.

Yes. You need to uninstall that other anti-virus program.


Never install more than one Antivirus and Firewall! Rather than giving you extra protection, it will decrease the reliability of it seriously!
The reason for this is that if both products have their automatic (Real-Time) protection switched on, your system may lock up due to both software products attempting to access the same file at the same time.
Also because more than one Antivirus and Firewall installed are not compatible with each other, it can cause system performance problems and a serious system slowdown.

Hmm I never thought of that. Also, mcAfee is a paid subscribed antivirus system which I did not. So, I thought that I didnt have any kind of anti virus system installed. But I will do that and again thank you so much. You are a great help!!

I never subscribed actually. My brother set up this laptop and he said that he couldnot set the antivirus system right. So he told me that I have no anti virus system on that was why I asked my friend to find me a free one and install it.

1.Click Start > Settings > Control Panel.

srry my laptop took forever to restart. I just removed mcAfee but I cannot remove the other antivirus system for some reason. So do youthink I should install the antivirus systme you give me now?

K everything is done I uninstalled mcAfee and the other antivirus system. The only thing I have now is Avira antivir from the website you give me. Again Thanks alot.
