Hello all! I have an issue with a laptop (which I shall post soon) and it appears as if no malware was found. It is probably related to some "dodgy service", so I got referred here by Malware Removal.

I see you have already posted a HJT log to the correct forum, please be patient as the Malware fighters are very busy and will get to your log in turn. Do not reply to your log, if you have had no reply to it in 5 days, post to this link with a gentle reminder.
