PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE :(( somebody help?
Hi, Owner of this pc downloaded Google Earth/virtual earth, could'nt get it to work so deleted anything from the registry that was found with this name…. I think maybe she has deleted from the left panel in regedit.exe instead of the right panel?? Her windows xp copy is scratched therefore can't do an sfc /scannow to try and fix it for her. She has no taskbar or desktop icons visible and when I try to right click a file in windows task manager a message appears saying either " Windows cannot find file" but her folders have came up showing it, when you press ok the folders explore goes away again. OR a message saying "Trend Micro has files in quarentine do I still wish to uninstall trend micro" She can only work from her windows task manager and as she is a novice it is with great difficulty… I hope this is enough for someone to be able to advise me soon. As I am only visiting for a few hours I eagerly wait a reply. Anyway, I have created a HjackThis log, hoping someone can offer some help.Thanks in advance:)
