Hi!

I just bought a new laptop a couple a days ago and it seems that its performance has already slowed down a bit. I believe I have accidentaly downloaded some malicous software and was hoping someone can help me to optimize my computer's performance! I tried deleting some of the stuff myself but I don't think all of the viruses/malicious software was removed. I keep on getting messages about Zlob3Downloader and IEdefender as well, but none of my antivirus programs seem to be able to delete it…. I ran HiJack This and my report is below.

you can try this:

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop:

http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt

please post the malwarebytes log and a new hjt log.

also do this:
see this link for showing all files in vista:

once you do that see if you can find:
SysWOW64

which is located here:
C:\Windows\

if you can locate it then go to the website below, browse for the file again on your computer and then click the send button to upload it to the website.
it will be checked out by a load of different anti this and that.
you can copy/paste the results in your reply.
