I also have to add that like 3 months ago when I went to install service pack 3 from automatic updates I ended up getting the reboot loop. I panicked and then I used hp recovery I got all my files back just that when I went to add/remove the programs I had installed at the time were not in the list. Like for example World of Warcraft was installed and I could play it but when I went to the add/remove list it was not there this also goes for a bunch of other programs that were installed. Well here is the list. I see no security programs installed, neither antivirus nor firewall - how long have you been running the PC this way?

I have avg/spybot s&d/windows defender and I also have a router.
The only line that relates to AVG in your log is O2 - BHO: AVG Safe Search - {3CA2F312-6F6E-4B53-A66E-4E65E497C8C0} - C:\Program Files\AVG\AVG8\avgssie.dll (file missing) and there's no mention of it in your uninstall list. If you do have it, it's not running because there's no sign of either running processes or HJT lines that I would expect to see.
Spybot doesn't get a mention in your uninstall list either, but even if it's present it's not running in real time and it's not an anti-virus program.
Your router does provide some firewall protection, but I doubt it monitors outgoing connections.

All in all, your PC has nothing remotely adequate security-wise and the best advice I can offer is that you back up any important files and reformat and reinstall. It is going to be impossible to guarantee a clean computer at the end of the removal process, which makes it something of a waste of my time and yours to start it in the first place. The possibility that legitimate files may have been infected or corrupted by the malware present on your PC, and also that security settings may have been lowered making your computer more liable to infection in the future, means that starting over is the easiest and most reliable solution to your problems.
You also need to be aware of the risk of identity theft if you have accessed bank accounts with this computer or shopped online. Keylogging software could have recorded details of these actions and a lack of an effective firewall means that there is nothing to stop this information being sent home. If this does apply to you, i'd monitor your accounts and perhaps consider getting credit/debit cards, passwords etc… changed - obviously not using this PC!
Should you want them, I can provide links to free software that will help keep your PC malware-free in the future.
