CPU usage keeps spiking to 100%

Just came from the HJT forum where I got rid of some junk that was on here but now I'm having problems with the computer running a little slow and it sounds like it's working really hard. I was told to post the link to the other topic in case something in the scans can be of help.

The below are all enhanced Task Manager type programs that will show you what is running on your computer. Each is nice in its own way. What's Running is probably the easiest, with AutoRuns for the more experienced, and Process Explorer the most popular. With these, for example, you can see what processes are using each of those various svchost.exe images.

There doesn't seem to be anything running that looks out of the ordinary.
