Hi

Have you or an Administrator set any restrictions on this computer for Internet Explorer?

You have DownloadAcceleratorPlus installed. The free version of this program is "adware based". If you have the free version, I highly recomend you uninstall it via Start >> Control Panel >> Add/Remove Programs. See these two links for more information:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/uninstall/…r-Plus-DAP.html
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/D…rator-7431.html

Download SDFix and save it to your desktop.

It would be a good idea if you print out these instructions or write them down, as you wont have access to the internet.

We need to boot into Safe Mode:
  • Restart the computer.
  • as soon as BIOS is loaded begin tapping the F8 key until the Advanced Options menu appears.
  • Use the arrow keys to select the Safe mode menu item
  • Press Enter.
  • Choose your usual account.
Once in Safe Mode:
  • Right click the SDFix.zip folder on your Desktop and choose Extract All,
  • Open the extracted folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
  • Type Y to begin the script.
  • It will remove the Trojan Services then make some repairs to the registry and prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
  • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
  • Your system will take longer that normal to restart as the fixtool will be running and removing files.
  • When the desktop loads the Fixtool will complete the removal and display Finished, then press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
  • Finally open the SDFix folder on your desktop and copy and paste the contents of the results file Report.txt back onto the forum with a new HijackThis log
Download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) to your Desktop. Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges.
  • Close all applications and windows.
  • Double-click on dss.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
  • When the scan is complete, two text files will open - main.txt <- this one will be maximized and extra.txt<-this one will be minimized
  • Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and the extra.txt in your reply.
Thanks.
