[Closed] Trojan infection

:pullhair: Greetings Old Wise Ones:
I'm running Vista Home 32. I noticed problems after Spyware Doctor started finding false positives repeatedly, last week. When I attempt to update programs I am always told I have the latest definitions. Then Windows update finally downloaded Vista SP1. Since then everything has gone crazy. My desktop is whited out the bottom third, as if another invisible browser is running. I can't seem to restore it back to the way is was. Desktop is normal, it's only when I am online the screen appears this way. Spyware Doctor, Superantispyware, Spybot S&D, all scans show clean! First I ran ATF Cleaner.I am posting HJT logs #1 before running Malwarebytes ,and #2 (after running malwarebytes). Also sending Malwarebytes scan results. I keep everything updated so I do not understand how I got crapo again. A Thousand thanks for your assistance& God Bless!
