please help me i got the zlob virus on one of my computer

i ran malwarebytes anti-malware and it says it removes them but they keep coming back everytime i get the new update it finds them could this trojan affect the upload speed it seems like my upload is slow malwarebytes found the following infections 1 registry key 5 registry Value 4 files this computer is on my wireless network are my other computers in danger any help of getting rid of this sneaky devil would be appreciated
