Hi, i found this forum after my mum decided to tell me she had a Darksma virus on her computer. Normally I'd be able to find a quick easy answer to anything on the net but after reading all the different forums i see that it seems to be a more 'personalised' answer i need! Could anyone please help me through step-by-step with removing it for her? Im pretty computer literate but this seems a little out of my league  Many thanks in advance, Asphodel
