Can not find script file "F:\nar.vbs

ok as the title says i'm getting that error when i try to open up my external hard drive. i just recently moved all my important information over to that: music, videos,programs ect. and then i restarted my computer. since then i keep getting that error when i try to go to " my computer" and open my harddrive. it pulls it up and opens it just fine when i initally plug it in and it does the autoplay feature. i click open folder and it does with out a hitch. I hope i have explained this enough to where someone can offer some help in to this situation.

how could i have gotten malware that fast? i haven't downloaded anything yet except for the basics like all the updates for my computer p.s. and also for what ever reason i can't post in the malware area please some one assist me through here. i really need that fixed please
