[Closed] HELP ME PLEASE! - Win32/Adware.Virtumonde.FP

Hi could someone please assist - My computer runs Xp 2000 and I have NOD32 however it cannot delete - "Win32/Adware.Virtumonde.FP found in operating memory" the scans say there are thousands of files infected yet it only cleans a portion of them - I am Japan (and dont speak Japanese) and payed a so called computer expert to fix it but obviouslly they know as much about computers as me! Please help
