Sorry, additional info - here is my hijack log showing the bxx5.dll info just after the search hooks (which I can't seem to get rid of). Even when I click on "fix checked" for these 3 search hooks, they show right back up again in the next scan. I was trying to remove the tvmedia hijacker when the error bxx5 module message started appearing. Someone please tell me my log doesn't look too bad -does it?!upon start-up. I now receive the following message:
Error Loading C:\Windows\bxx5.dll The specified module could not be found.

You have a fair amount of malware on your machine.
First, create a permanent folder for move Hijack This! (suggest "C:\HJT\") and move it there. It creates log files and BACKUPS (that you may need). Running it from a "temp" folder (like the one you have it in) is not wise.
Second, next time you post a log, be sure to include the COMPLETE log. We need the part at the sop that tells what version of windows you are running.
OK.
You need to uninstall this program:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\P2P Networking.exe
Try going to the windows control panel, then "Add/Remove Programs", and see if you can uninstall it from there. This program is NOT something you want on your machine. If you can't uninstall it there, have Hijack This! fix this:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P2P Networking] C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\P2P Networking.exe /AUTOSTART
And the next time you reboot, find and delete this folder:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking <-- folder
OK.
After moving Hijack This! to a permanent folder, have Hijack This! fix these things:

Thank you Very Much. A new log is posted below. There are several things I cannot get rid of no matter what I seem to do. They are:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\P2P Networking (says cannot delete P2P networking.exe access denied - make sure disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use.)
The three R3 URL SearchHooks (fix em & they come right back)

(fix em & they come right back)

(can't find them even when I scan hidden files/folders)??
At the very end, you've stated to delete the tvmedia & common files\slmss. The tv media folder states "cannot delete - being used by another person or program" and the common files one states "May make some programs not work do you want to continue Y/N?"
Thank you again. This is driving me nuts
I also have no idea why the log shows up in another temp folder (now #9 on the new log - I did create a perm. folder for HJK scans.)

At the very end, you've stated to delete the tvmedia & common files\slmss. The tv media folder states "cannot delete - being used by another person or program" and the common files one states "May make some programs not work do you want to continue Y/N?"

I also have no idea why the log shows up in another temp folder (now #9 on the new log - I did create a perm. folder for HJK scans.)

Fix these things with Hijack This! :

I went from :wtf: to 
. Alittle bit of :rant: and 
. Then I sat back and did alittle 
, and ended up like (I was looking for the dancing banana emoticon, but there isn't one!)
I got rid of everything except two of the URL SearchHooks. They do not appear in the scan in safe mode (!?) I even found and deleted the C:\Windows\ mwsvm.exe & fash.exe, but couldn't find the ieasst.dll.
Everthing else is GONE! The P2Pnetworking, the TVMedia stuff, folders etc. Oh yeah, and that _wonderful_ music dowload site - GONE for good!! - No ifs/ands/or/ buts
