Trojanhorse?

I think I have tried everything, and I cannot get rid of the pop ups. There is ads for pretty much everything including explicit porn ads. Also, there are several websites that I cannot get to anymore including: US Postal Service website, yahoo.com, can get to google but can't search. It will just sit and act like it is loading. I have AVG Anti-Virus and it only catches it sometimes. Yesterday it caught Trojanhorse Downloader.Purityscan.AW? I have run Spybot Search and Destroy, Ad-Aware, and the scan on AVG. AVG says there is nothing, and the other two catch things everytime I run them. I have even scanned with all three in safe mode. When I did that the ads went away for a while then came back.
