[Closed] laptop problems with AntiSpyCheck

HI, many thanks for your help and support, I have been trying to fix this for 5 days now and am about to give up. I have tried an anti spyware scan and what ever I try I keep getting a blue screen! I can't get full safe mode on my laptop so I use safe mode with networking, this is because it is a home/work build and I do not have the rights to log onto full safe mode! I have done a ATF scan and a Malwarebytes scan but keep getting a blue screen when I try smitfraud fix it gets to the delete temp files bit and blue screens. If you still need help, Scan again with HijackThis, and "copy/paste" a new log file into this thread.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
