I would be grateful if you could please help me. My laptop is having real problems. It is incredibly slow. When online the screen scrolls down in staggered steps, rather than smoothly.
Programmes like Adaware and Spybot are having problems operating. I wasn't even able to download HiJackThis. But I have now down a system restore to an earlier point and now have been able to download, if you can help me understand what to do I would be grateful, thanks:
