I have started to get a toolbar when I use Internet Explorer which appears just under where I'd type a URL. Would appreciate it if you could hand-hold me through how to remove it.

Not sure if this stems from the toolbar or if this is a separate problem but since I've started getting the toolbar I also intermittentently get the following message when I use IE:

Not sure if this stems from the toolbar or if this is a separate problem but since I've started getting the toolbar I also intermittentently get the following message when I use IE:
