i had all kinds of Symantec wrnings and "cleaned by deletions." Ran Spybot which detected and removed Virtumunde and a keylogger. I use Start Up Monitor. On reboot, the program "BM537cf987" asks to add "grcljuut.dll",s" to start up. Clicking do not allow does no good, as it it continues to attempt and never lets me continue to logon until I acccept. After accepting, when I try to go to web pages using Firefox or IE7, it never connects or redirects to a different page. Have tried different laptops at the house with the same ISP and connect to pages with no problem or redirect. I'm also getting a "not connected to nternet' message from time to time for no reason. Here's the Hijack This log. Thanks for any help. It's driving me crazy.

My name is Dave. I would be glad to take a look at your log and help you with solving any malware problems. HijackThis logs can sometimes take a while to research so please be patient and I'd be grateful if you would note the following:

• I will working be on your Malware issues, this may or may not, solve other issues you have with your machine.
• The fixes are specific to your problem and should only be used for this issue on this machine.
• Please continue to review my answers until I tell you your machine appears to be clear. Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.
• It's often worth reading through these instructions and printing them for ease of reference.
• If you don't know or understand something, please don't hesitate to say or ask!! It's better to be sure and safe than sorry.
• Please reply to this thread. Do not start a new topic.
• I recommend you make a backup of any data that you have created, such as documents, pictures, music, ect... before we begin the fix.

Please download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.

**Note: In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

• Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.
• Close any open browsers.
• Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

  • Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".
  • Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.

  • Close any open browsers.
  • WARNING: Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet as soon as it starts

• Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
