Hello! I am glad to find this web site that will hopefully solve all my pc problems :pullhair: . Sadly, pc is not something i know well :wall: , so please help me. Any help will be much appreciated :notworthy: See you around :blush:

Hi Creamsonic And :welcome: If you got problems with your PC, just post and remember to fill in as much detail as possible about the problem. But have a look at the different forums, and find the one you need that would address your troubles the best. That way, its more likely that a person with knowledge about it will respond. and so it would be best for you to make no system changes until he has finished assisting you with cleaning your computer.
(we don't want to make his job more difficult than it is already.)

Once your machine has been declared clear of malware then please post back here in this thread if you are still having issues with it and we will do our best to help.
