I have a problem ,that i am not getting the full speed of my internet.this is my log file of hijack this

log looks ok but that dosnt mean you dont have malware.

is this SpeedBit's DownLoad Accelator (DAP) the free version? you also have get right which is also a download manager, both incorporate themselves into your browser.
you have antivirus but i dont see a anti-malware app on your computer, most people need one or two anti-malware apps- unless you practice safe hex.

not getting the full speed of my internet

your speed will vary alot based on alot of things that are out of your control really.
if you check it at a 'speed test site' you should pick servers that are both close and far from you and repeat the test at different times aday.

give me more details as to the problem.
