[Closed] Removal after scanning

Some of the items found are known, but some are not. Is it save to remove them? Your Introductions says most of the Anti- Spyware/Malware/Virus Programs are going to be listed and should not be removed. Please help me to make the correct Decision since this is my first time I ran "Hijackthis". Thank you very much in advance.

If you still need help, Scan again with HijackThis, and "copy/paste" a new log file into this thread.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
