Malware everywhere!

Hi Everyone

Thanks in advance for reading this ..

I have been trying to clean my friends laptop. He knows squat about computers and to quote " something popped up and I clicked it to go away!"

He has give me permission to fix this or do what I want BUT after 5 hrs of trying I can now boot up ok but still getting pop ups.

It had 142 threats. I have used AVG 8.0 but had problems as there was a false antivirus on there .
Also used the following:
SuperantiSpyware
RougeRemover
Malwarebytes
ATF Cleaner
FixP

Now just rebooted again and here is the new hijackthis file - can you help please?
