Well I play WoW. Recently it detected this keylogger.

This is just after I reformatted my computer. The reason I reformatted my computer is because it did this before and I didn't know what to do. I haven't downloaded, or visited anything malicious in the past. Today I was able to play WoW, then I went to school. When I came back this message popped up.

Well my account got hacked.

I ran F-Prot (A blizzard ((Wow's developers)) reccomended antivirus for the situation at hand. It detected something and quarantined it in my Norton folder?? O_o. What it detected had a completely different name than "Win32/PWS.OnLineGames.ODJ"..why did it put it in my Norton folder? I no longer get the message that I have a keylogger when I try to log in to WoW (I changed my password on a secure computer). So basically, I have no idea if this keylogger is still on my comp. A kapersky scan identified where this bugger is located. I ran a Spybot S&D which informed me that my computer is infected with Win32.Rungu.a and Win32.Agent.frl.

When I "Fixed" the checked options, Rungu disappeared on a 2nd scan but Agent is still there.

Hi Helpme1234,

  • Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
    Download - ATF Cleaner
    Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
    Under Main choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.

    (If you use FireFox or the Opera browser
    To keep saved passwords, click No at the prompt.)

    It's normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time or two.
  • Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location and post the results.
Also "copy/paste" a new HijackThis log file into this thread.

The log can also be found here:

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
