Here is the log of a computer that has been cleaned by AdAware and SpyBot S&D. It's running an 'unrenewed' Norton Anti-Virus. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

first we will use hjt;

start HJT, click the "Scan" button. check the items below, close any open windows, then click "Fixed checked"

i assume then that its out of date. AV thats not updated will soon be worthless as new threats arrive all the time
you should remove it via add/remove programs panel and get another or renew it.
do you need some links to free AV?

after running hjt do a online scan here:
ESET online scanner:

http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/

uses Internet Explorer only
check "YES" to accept terms
click start button
allow the ActiveX component to install
click the start button. the Scanner will update.
check both "Remove found threats" and "Scan unwanted applications"
click scan
when done you can find the scan log at:C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt
please copy/paste that log in next reply.

reboot computer and post a new hjt log and the online scan report please.
