new and infected with trojan please help!

I am new to this, and just created account started game, and a screen popped up with a message saying that I have a trojan-downloader.Win32.agent variant on my computer that would allow a hacker to access my account information. How do I get rid of it? I clicked on the free link but there are many options and I am not sure which one I should chose. Thanks ahead of time.
