For no reason, one day this program popped up on my computer screen and wanted me to insert a disk to finish installing this program. I have never installed Scan Soft Omni and don't even know what it is to. I've tried inserting some disks, such as printer or camera to see if that would work, but with no luck. This message continues to stay on my computer screen, when I try to cancel it, it will just come back on. I tried going to my add and remove programs and did find it there, but it won't let me unistall the program. Because of Scan Soft being there, I can't shut down my computer or install any updates or other programs, I get a message saying that the ???? is being used and has to finish. Can someone PLEASE help me!!! I'm going crazy trying to figure it out myself. Thanks in advance!
