I have no idea what kind of infection I have. I was referred here by a friend and I need desprate help. Everytime I turn the computer on, it takes 5-10 minutes to turn on. Everything runs really slowly and takes forever to work. I'm sorry if I am not specific enough, but I just downloaded Hijackthis and am completly new. Also when I run SpyHunter, it comes up with msxml3a.dll. It can not remove it and asks me to reboot to try to remove it. I reboot, scan, and it is still there.
