[Closed] virus on my computer.

I had Micro trend anti virus, but starting to suspect that I got a Virus. I ran some scans for virus's and spywear( the spywear program that I ran was "webroot spy sweeper"). someone recomended the anti virus program (CA) I got git and ran it. It told me that it fixed a virus but i'm still getting a pop up from "CA " telling me that I have 172 infected items. the file name in the pop up is c:\Users\Public\pictures\backu... the infection is Win32/mso4-028!exploit. I found this website, downloaded and ran the hijackthis, and here is the log file. If I violated any forum rules, or eticate im sorry. Also if any more info is needed just ask.
