[Closed] virus on my computer.

I had Micro trend anti virus, but starting to suspect that I got a Virus. I ran some scans for virus's and spywear( the spywear program that I ran was "webroot spy sweeper"). someone recomended the anti virus program (CA) I got git and ran it. It told me that it fixed a virus but i'm still getting a pop up from "CA " telling me that I have 172 infected items. the file name in the pop up is c:\Users\Public\pictures\backu… the infection is Win32/mso4-028!exploit. I found this website, downloaded and ran the hijackthis, and here is the log file. If I violated any forum rules, or eticate im sorry. Also if any more info is needed just ask. This is my first time here. thank you

Hi

We need to use the most recent version of HijackThis as you appear to be running Vista.

Please remove your current copy and then download HijackThis version 2.0.2 and save the file to your desktop. Don't run a scan yet, we will do shortly.


Download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) to your Desktop. Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges.
  • Close all applications and windows.
  • Double-click on dss.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
  • When the scan is complete, two text files will open - main.txt <- this one will be maximized and extra.txt<-this one will be minimized
  • Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and the extra.txt in your reply.
