[Resolved] cpu running slow

Below is the HijackThis log…i have no idea what is wrong but startup takes for forever…it seems as if the audio is messed up…way too many processes running and cpu usage affected…the computer is pretty old but should not be running this horrible…please help if possible…thanks.
