If someone could help me out I'd be most grateful. A couple weeks ago my computer suddenly slowed to a crawl for no reason I can figure out. I routinely work with 2-3 programs open at once (usually Mozilla, MS Word, and iTunes) without a problem, but now that's become almost impossible. Even with nothing open at all, my system monitor sometimes says there's under 200M RAM free (out of 1 gig). I can't even play audio without constant skipping problems (presumably from a maxed out CPU, but I'm not sure). When it first began I used CCleaner (not the reg fix though), Spyware Blaster, Adaware, and Spyware Doctor. They found a few things that I removed promptly, but I've seen no improvement. What can I do? I'm posting my Hijackthis log below. Thanks!
