At start up I get a pop-up: Windows - No Disk Exception Processing Message ............ I can clear this after a couple of trys.
Then I get another pop-up: Error with mhvcdub.exe send report to Microsoft. This one also clears.
Once booted I get the following message at random: Infected with Malware Adware.W32.ExpDwnldr. This gives the option to find anti-malware software. Hitting yes or no gives the same result - the pop-up closes and nothing else happens.
Also when I am using IE and go to Goggle to do a search, when I click on a site found by the Goggle search I am instead taken to some kind of ad-click or other advertising type webpage.
I am running McAfee Virus protection and have scanned and cleaned using Spybot, Adware and McAfee.
