Issue resolved - please delete posting - thanks

Hi - Trying to help my sister with her PC. Her start up takes forever, as does opening a word file. I was trying to copy files onto a USB drive tonight as a back up and couldn't. She has teenagers and I don't believe she is running any anitvirus/antimalware programs. Was hoping someone could take a look at this and let me know if she has anything going on malware wise or if the problems lies elsewhere. Many thanks.
